This happens when you try to open an app that isn’t registered with Apple (from an “unknown developer”).

Right-click on the LumaMap icon, select Open, and click Open. Read more detailed instructions here. 

The app is saved as an exception to your security settings, and you can open it in the future by double-clicking it just as you can any registered app.

If you are unable to import video files, please install the K-Lite Codec Pack from this website. Click “Server 1” under Download. When the download is complete, open “K-Lite_Codec_Pack_xxxx_Basic.exe” and follow the installer instructions.

Quit and re-open LumaMap.

If you are on Windows, this is likely because your display is scaled. LumaMap works best when your Display Scale is set to 100%. 

Read this guide on how to set your Display Scale to 100%.

Go to Output>Choose Display and make sure that Monitor 2 is selected in the list. If there is no Monitor 2 listed then LumaMap has not successfully detected your projector. Make sure your projector is connected properly with the correct cables and switched on. 

In principle you can project on any surface with LumaMap, but some surfaces are more suitable others.

LumaMap works best when the projector is close to perpendicular with the projection surface and there is not too much perspective in the reference photo you import into the software.

So it might be that you need to try again from a new projector position, using a reference photo containing less perspective. 

Don’t worry. Like with most tools, getting to grips with the AI image generator takes a little knowledge and practice.

You will receive this error if your prompt contains words that DreamStudio deems sensitive. This can include pornographic, gory or prejudiced terms and also includes words relating to children. 

The AI generator will use whatever is in the canvas as an input. This includes previously generated AI images that have been loaded to the canvas. Don’t forget to Unload the AI image from the canvas if you want the generator to use your original imported image and artwork as an input.
