Downloads FAQ

All purchases are delivered digitally.

You will be able to immediately download your digital product once you receive your order confirmation email, typically within minutes.

Click the download link in your order confirmation email to get your digital product.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your internet connection and your junk email folder. If you entered your email address incorrectly at checkout, please email info@lumabox.com stating your order number to request another order confirmation.

Most issues with downloads are caused by poor internet connection or connection instability. Firstly, check your internet is connected. Next, if possible, try a different internet connection, browser (e.g. Chrome) and/or device.

If you are trying to download from the order confirmation page of the website, try using the download links in the order confirmation email.

If you still have problems, please email info@lumabox.com with your order number and your purchases will be sent to you via another method (e.g. WeTransfer).
